Come in and spoil yourself with tea or coffee, fabulous scones made at the Museum, jams, jellies and spreads. This $5 Tea includes a tour of Evergreen House. We encourage that you call ahead 464-2300 to reserve your table to avoid disappointment.

FUNDRAISING RAFFLES

HOOKING FOR HERITAGE! Please join us at Evergreen House on Wednesday February 9^th at 10:30 am for the presentation of a beautiful hooked rug created and donated by Dartmouth Heritage Matters Group. This rug, which depicts vignettes of Dartmouth history, will be raffled off in the coming months. The draw will be held November 30th, 2011. Tickets are $2.00 each or 3/$5.00

“THEN AND NOW” FUNDRAISING CALENDAR

2012 “THEN AND NOW” CALENDAR FOR SALE!

Our “Then and Now” Heritage Calendar is now available at Evergreen House, 26 Newcastle Street for $15. Help support the Museum, fill that stocking, and buy that gift for your hard to shop for friends and neighbours. There are beautiful heritage photos this year of the entire Starr Manufacturing complex, Shubenacadie Canal, churches, sugar refineries, ice houses, fine buildings and businesses together with a “Now” shots for comparison. This is our largest fundraiser this year. If you are a business owner, please consider putting some in your office to help to sell them!

Keep an eye out for our Museum table at Alderney Landing Farmer’s Market in December. We will have the calendar for sale, and lots of stocking stuffers for those hard to shop for people in your life. Support your local museum through purchase of notecards, historic books, recipe books and other products!
